Friendsgiving Recipes
I recently hosted Friendsgiving and some of the dishes I made were a hit! My friends and I aren't big fans of turkey, therefore I made a spiral ham. I also made a traditional sausage stuffing sidedish in my crockpot and sweet potatoes that I topped with marshmallows and candied pecans---so delish!
Keeping with the tradition of my upcoming cookbook, I've named all the dishes after characters in my books. Check it out and enjoy!

Layla's Honey Ham
Ingredients:
1 Smoked Spiral ham, precooked with bone. (Most come with their own glaze--throw it out. We're making it our way)
1 12 oz bag of brown sugar.
1 jar of honey.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 farenheit. Place ham flat inside large roasting pan.
2. Cover the entire ham with honey, then coat with brown sugar. The honey will bind the sugar to the ham.
3. Place in oven and cook. 15 minutes per pound or until the edges are crunchy and the honey and sugar is carmelized.
4. As your ham is cooking, spoon the liquid in the bottom of the pan over the ham.
5. Shut the fuck up and grab your eating pants! It's time to go to town.
